Randall J. McDonald – President and CEO
Randall is President and CEO of Tri-Star Design, Inc. and has been instrumental in growing the business from its inception in 1991 to its present status. Randall oversees the strategic direction of the Massachusetts-based electronic product development company and continues to play a major role in defining and enforcing design and manufacturing quality processes at Tri-Star Design. He has over 30 years’ experience designing electronic products including products in data communications, medical instrumentation and robotics. Randall graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and has provided consulting services to Fortune 500 and start-up companies with design services ranging from product architecture, digital and analog board design, FPGA development and high-speed board design. tr-star-staff
 
Tricia Shamus – Senior Account Manager
Tricia is a Senior Account Manager for Tri-Star Design and is responsible for revenue growth through the development of new client business, technical marketing strategies, and strategic project management With over 25 years’ experience in high technology sales, Tricia offers an extensive range of product knowledge to our customers. Prior to Tri-Star Design, Tricia was a Senior Account Manager for Texas Instruments where she was responsible for analog and digital revenue growth at key New England accounts, managed customer facing technical support team, and developed key customer relationships to drive increased involvement for TI in new projects. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Patti Durr – Senior Account Manager Patti is a Senior Medical Device Account Manager for Tri-Star Design and is responsible for revenue growth, technical marketing strategies, and strategic project management. Her experience level includes sales and program management in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Patti studied Biology at State University of New York at Albany and received her Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
